The Momentum Blueprint, published on 5 February 2015 in its final version, offers critical success factors and performance indicators that help decision makers to scale up healthcare services from a distance through information technology. And it delivers a self-assessment toolkit that helps an organisation determine whether it is ready for telemedicine deployment. The Blueprint and supporting documents are available here.
EUFAMI FAMILY CARER SURVEY

EC QUESTIONNAIRE ON COMMUNICATION TO ADDRESS AND PREVENT CHRONIC DISEASES
ICF International, a consultancy, is carrying out a scoping study on communication to address and prevent chronic diseases for DG SANCO. They are gathering examples of successful communication campaigns tackling common risk factors for chronic disease (smoking, alcohol-related harm, unhealthy diet, sedentary lifestyle) and campaigns to promote good mental health.

EuHPN SURVEY ON IMPROVING PATIENT ENVIRONMENT
The European Health Property Network, on behalf of the EcoQUIP project (www.ecoquip.eu) launched a survey on "Improving patient environment". EcoQUIP is a European network project (2012-2016) aimed at improving the efficiency, quality and environmental sustainability of healthcare through the procurement of innovative new goods and services. One of the EcoQUIP activities is to investigate the use of innovation procurement to improve the patient environment and the patient experience. The survey should only take 10 - 15 minutes to complete. All answers will be treated confidentially and no responses will be attributed to any individual or organisation.
