This web resource is an adapted version of Managing Integrated Care: A resource book for managers, published by the European Health Management Association (EHMA) in autumn 2004. To print a section of text, first select the required text in your browser window, then copy and paste it into a new Word document and print from there. To print an entire chapter, click ‘Print version’ to download a pdf of the chapter in printable format.
To search for a term within a chapter, hit Control-F on your keyboard, or Apple-F if you are using a Mac. To search for a term throughout the entire web book, you may find it easier to download the pdf of the complete book. A full index is provided in the printed book (see ‘About this resource’).
Each chapter has its headings listed in the left-hand bar. Click on the desired heading and the text will jump to the relevant section. To see all headings, click on any of the ‘Back to Contents menu’ links or scroll up to the top of the chapter.
