The 2016 Call for abstract is now closed. EHMA sought proposals for oral presentations and posters from researchers, managers and policymakers on the conference theme and for a number of themed and additional sessions. With the aim of being innovative and improve the conference experience both for delegates and presenters, 2016 candidates were asked to process their submissions according to one of the following categories and not the standard division Research/Practice:

  • Case histories and practice-driven remarks
  • New evidences from research
  • Perspectives: hot issues and provocative essays
  • Theory to practice: implications for action
  • Special Interest Group (SIG) Primary Care
  • Special Interest Group (SIG) Workforce
  • Special Interest Group (SIG) Best Practice
  • PhD Students’ Session: 13th KMMC/EHMA Research Award

The Call for Abstracts is now closed.

We gently remind submitters that abstracts can be selected either as poster presentations, or as oral presentations. Submitted papers will be reviewed and selected by the EHMA Scientific Advisory Committee. Papers submitted for the Special Interest Groups (SIG) sessions will be reviewed and selected by the EHMA SIG Chairs.

EHMA would like to thank all submitters for their contribution as the interest and response received has been remarkable. We look forward to seeing you all at the exclusive home of Ordem dos Médicos in Porto, Portugal from 14 to 16 June 2016.
